After a bunch of boring employment opportunities, Telly and I decided it'd be fun to start a personal charcuterie delivery business. Low overhead, creative, fun - all that stuff. But then Covid happened and pretty much - well you know.

But we still have the framework and we've invested way too many hours & dollars to just let it go. Unfortunately, it seems New York State highly discourages small business, focusing on beaurocracy, leaving opportunity a frivolous byproduct. Blah blah blah. It's fun and we like doing it so we continue pursuit of preparing and marketing cootchie boards featuring Rochester's best local meats, cheeses and produce. And someday - nationwide shipping snd distribution.
